Our Approach
c/o Studios place the value objects have for people at the heart of our practice. Our interdisciplinary approach allows us to work as conservators, consultants or project managers, depending on the needs of our clients, which include artists, private collectors, galleries and museums. With expertise in painted objects, our team can help you preserve your artworks and collections. Closely collaborating with contemporary artists, we research their use of innovative new materials and can provide advice from the moment of an artwork’s inception.
Collective Practice
c/o Studios is an established conservation company that operates within an active collective of conservators, known as the Conservators’ Collective. The Conservators’ Collective is a group of discrete but cross-pollinated conservation businesses, each with their own specialisation in the conservation of particular material types. Our point of difference is that being a member of this collective, c/o Studios employs a wide range of experts that can be readily drawn upon to suit the nuances of your conservation project.
